Botsko Builders Inc. is celebrating our 50th home in Fairvue Plantation by building our first LEED certified home. This home will be built according to the requirements set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council. This 5500 sq. foot lakefront gem is located in the gated community of Jacobs Landing on the banks of Old Hickory Lake. It is scheduled for completion in December 2009 and is currently being offered at $1,450,000.
